My name is Hannah, I'm 19, I'm from Seattle. In 2011, I weighed 185 pounds and I lost 48lbs, which left me at 137lbs near the end of the year. Because of hardships I was going through as well as addictions, I ended up gaining that weight back and thensome over a period of two years. Now as of January 2014, I weigh 195lbs. It's hard to admit to myself that it's been two years since I lost the weight and it's hard to admit to myself that in that time frame I gained back the weight and more. But I am still proud of myself for never giving up. I could have decided to quit after gaining back the weight, but I'm still going. This is a journey. A journey that's more than just weight loss. I'm on a journey to a healthier, fitter, happier, and more confident me. This time I will lose the weight and keep it off for good. That's a promise to myself I'm GOING to keep. I want to inspire others to never give up. I want to be proof that you can fail, dust yourself off, and try again.
